Utility Asset Management for Campus Facilities

Campus-type facilities such as universities, industrial complexes, large hospital complexes, treatment plants and even Disneyworld, are unique properties that may have a mixture of public and private utilities for which dedicated knowledgeable engineers regarding all aspects of utility asset management are not on staff. This session will discuss some of the complexities of the utility network, the system of systems if you will, and how to put together a program to include investigation, records development, condition assessment, repair versus replacement decisions, and more. UESI is developing a Manual of Practice on this topic.
